About the Job
A. Strategic Wellness & Culture Leadership

  • Champion organisation-wide wellness strategies and programmes, aligning them with business needs and workforce sustainability goals.
  • Drive a culture of care, resilience, and psychological safety by embedding wellbeing into everyday practices.
  • Act as a visible advocate for employee wellbeing and engagement across the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen workplace culture, fostering inclusivity, collaboration, and respect.

B. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Provide strategic oversight for employee relations, with emphasis on trust, fairness, and positive outcomes.
  • Guide and support leaders in addressing workplace concerns through early intervention and coaching.
  • Enhance employee engagement via recognition programmes, feedback channels, and initiatives that build belonging and collaboration.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather insights, using findings to inform talent retention strategies and strengthen employee experience.
  • Ensure employee relations practices reflect organisational values and contribute to a supportive environment.

C. Regulatory & Policy Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with:
    • Singapore Employment Act
    • MOM and tripartite guidelines
    • Aviation industry standards and internal governance frameworks
  • Review and implement policies related to wellness, conduct, and performance management, with focus on proactive support and prevention.

D. Leadership Partnership & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce wellbeing, engagement trends, and wellness-related risks.
  • Partner with leaders to embed positive culture practices into decision-making and team management.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR or related fields.
  • Relevant working experience of more than 10 years.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, employee wellness, and HR governance.
  • Solid working knowledge of:
    • Employment Act, MOM and tripartite guidelines
    • HR and Employee relations best practices
    • Performance management frameworks
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, balancing empathy with firmness.
  • Experience handling sensitive employee cases with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to influence without authority and partner effectively with senior leaders.
  • Passion for shaping a positive workplace culture and driving initiatives that enhance employee experience and performance.
