We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Employee Experience & Engagement (Learning & Development) Manager to join the Human Resources department of Millennium. This role is ideal for someone with 7-10 years of experience in learning and development, program management or a related field who is passionate about driving employee growth and development in a fast-paced environment.
As an Employee Experience & Engagement (Learning & Development) Manager at Millennium, your main responsibility is to play a key role in managing the delivery of impactful learning programs to support the development of our workforce and meet the needs of employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Program Management
- Manage the end to end delivery of learning programs, including planning, scheduling, logistics and evaluation for APAC
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of training initiatives working closely with the local coordinator
- Track program metrics and outcomes to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain detailed project plans, timelines and budgets for learning initiatives
Facilitation and Design
- Experienced and highly competent at hosting and facilitating regional sessions. This includes briefing speakers, hosting a program and able to facilitate and conduct learning workshops for large groups
- Proficiency in designing workshops
- Able to localize and maintain learning content and materials to ensure relevance for APAC while maintaining global standards
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment between learning initiatives and business goals
- Act as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on learning opportunities and career development
- Support and advise department leaders within APAC where applicable
Measurement and Analysis
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage course registrations, track attendance and report on program outcomes
- Leverage data and analytics to assess the impact of learning programs and recommend improvements.
- Support the team on general administrative tasks
Qualifications/Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of experience in learning and development, program management or a related field
- Self-directed, solution orientated and organized problem solver with a desire to contribute to Millennium's reputation and success
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, stakeholder management, with poise and confidence to interact with individuals of all levels
- Strong program management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills working collaboratively across a global team of colleagues
