Raffles Medical Group (RMG) is the largest home-grown private healthcare provider in the region, started in 1976 in Singapore as a two-clinic operation but today, serves patients in five countries, 14 cities. Raffles Health Insurance (RHI) was incorporated in 2004, commenced operations on 2 January 2005 as a general insurer and converted into a life insurer in March 2006 under the purview of the Monetary of Authority of Singapore. RHI is a wholly owned subsidiary of Raffles Medical Group and is a leading healthcare insurance specialist in Singapore, supported by RMG's wide network of family medicine clinics and tertiary care private hospital, Raffles Hospital, to provide fully integrated and coordinated healthcare for our policy owners and members. Employee Benefits Business Lead

We are seeking a high-calibre Employee Benefits Business Lead to drive our employee benefits acquisition efforts. This is a unique opportunity to represent Raffles Health Insurance, where you aren't just selling a policy you are selling the clinical excellence and insurance expertise of Raffles Medical Group to win over new corporate clients by demonstrating how our integrated Provider-Payer model delivers superior health outcomes, streamlined claims, and a premium patient experience that traditional insurers cannot match. You will be responsible for the brokers relationships and full sales cycle, using data-driven insights to prove and position our integrated healthcare approach is the gold standard in the market.

  • Direct Clinical Access: You have the ability to bundle clinical services (Health Screenings, Dental, TCM, and Vaccination programs) directly into the insurance benefits, providing a level of care continuity that is unmatched in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new corporate accounts, leveraging RMG ecosystem as the key differentiator.
  • Consultative Solution Design: Conduct deep-dive discoveries to understand a prospect's workforce health needs and design integrated employee benefit packages.
  • Data Management & Analytical Reporting:
  • Prospect Benchmarking: Prepare Total Cost of Care reports for prospects, using data to show how our integrated model reduces long-term claims costs.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain rigorous data hygiene in our CRM (Salesforce) to track lead velocity and conversion.
  • Pre-Sales Analytics: Collate and analyze prospect census data to ensure accurate premium quotations and plan design.
  • High-Impact Pitching: Lead formal presentations to C-suite and HR leaders, articulating the value of a unified healthcare and insurance journey.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape, specifically how other brokers compare to our unique proposition.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 8-10 years in Sales or as Business Development Manager within Group Insurance or Healthcare.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Ability to take clinical data and turn it into a compelling ROI story for clients.
  • Licensing: Relevant local insurance licenses are required.
