The Emerging Affluent Relationship Manager is a hybrid role and will service both Regional Premier customers and designated group of offshore customers.
Digital Offshore
- Encourage upfunding of customers from Digital Offshore channel to fulfil Premier funding criteria
- Obtain KYC/CDD information of upfunded customers to upgrade to Premier Banking
Regional Premier
- To provide one-stop banking solutions to our Regional Premier customers.
- To provide financial advisory, promote and cross-sell a comprehensive range of financial products and services to this group of customers
- To proactively manage and build long term customer relationship
- Encourage upfunding of customers from Regional Premier channel to fulfil Premier funding criteria
- Ensure adherence to the relevant policies, regulatory risk and compliance matters
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in the relevant field, with experience in retail banking sales
- A results-driven mindset with a strong desire to overcome challenges
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- CMFAS certifications in RES5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI is an added advantage
