The Emerging Affluent Relationship Manager is a hybrid role and will service both Regional Premier customers and designated group of offshore customers.
Digital Offshore
Encourage upfunding of customers from Digital Offshore channel to fulfil Premier funding criteria
Obtain KYC/CDD information of upfunded customers to upgrade to Premier Banking
Regional Premier
To provide one-stop banking solutions to our Regional Premier customers.
To provide financial advisory, promote and cross-sell a comprehensive range of financial products and services to this group of customers
To proactively manage and build long term customer relationship
Encourage upfunding of customers from Regional Premier channel to fulfil Premier funding criteria
Ensure adherence to the relevant policies, regulatory risk and compliance matters
Who you are:
A degree or diploma in the relevant field, with experience in retail banking sales
A results-driven mindset with a strong desire to overcome challenges
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
CMFAS certifications in RES5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI is an added advantage
