Embedded Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new platforms to support upcoming product lines.

• Enhance and optimize existing platform architectures and development processes.

• Actively contribute to code and design reviews, as well as issue triaging and resolution to improve overall product stability and reliability.

• Support RFQ activities and collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.

• Analyze customer requirements and system specifications to design and tailor software solutions that ensure high performance, scalability, and interoperability.

• Provide technical direction on software design and feasibility, supported by clear and well-structured documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Linux kernel or system-level software development, preferably within next-generation intelligent automotive SoC platforms.

• Hands-on experience in developing drivers and applications for Android or Linux operating systems.

• Strong expertise in system performance analysis, memory management, and optimization using tools such as perf and ftrace.

• Solid understanding of networking and communication protocols, including I2C, SPI, MDIO, GPIO, UART, TCP/IP, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.

• Knowledge of Functional Safety standards, particularly ISO 26262, with practical experience preferred.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts is considered an advantage.

• Experience with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay is a plus.
