Job Summary
The Economic & Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain seeks an Administrative Assistant proficient in Spanish and English to communicate effectively with Spanish and Singaporean governments and private companies.
Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly in Spanish and English through speaking, reading, and writing to liaise with Spanish and Singaporean government agencies and private sector entities
- Manage administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the Economic & Commercial Office
- Prepare and submit required documentation accurately, including CV, ID, academic and professional certificates, and official application forms
- Follow established procedures to submit applications via the ICEX Spain Trade and Investments website
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in Spanish and English languages for official communication with government and private organizations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to handle administrative duties within an embassy or international office setting
Other Information
- The annual salary is paid in USD, distributed over 13 months, and is non-negotiable
