Embassy Driver

The Embassy of Chile in Singapore is seeking a reliable and responsible individual to fill the role of Embassy Driver. As the Embassy Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe transportation of either the Ambassador or other personnel, in accordance with instructions provided by the Head of Mission and the agenda outlined by her Personal Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the official vehicle of the Chilean Embassy, ensuring the safe transportation of passengers as directed.
• Perform basic maintenance of the official vehicle, including cleaning, interior and exterior upkeep, and minor repairs to guarantee its optimal condition at all times.
• Distribution of correspondence to external entities.
• Maintain records of all trips in the driver's logbook, to be submitted weekly for administrative review and approval.
• Keep accurate daily records of work hours to track overtime for subsequent compensation in free time, and submit weekly reports to the administration of the Embassy.

Requirements:

. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

. Prior experience as driver or other similar positions

. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

. Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.

. Flexibility to work overtime as required.
