Principal Responsibilities :
- Strategy Development - Leads the overall development of product strategies for ESG to achieve revenue and profitability target.
- Strategy Execution - Support growth targets through executing effective commercial, marketing/ product & channel strategies. Drives initiatives and planning efforts to maximize growth and margin performance.
- Price Management - Monitor product costs and profit performance of product lines, Identifies pricing opportunities, and tracks implementation of key pricing initiatives or targets against plan
- Product Management- Develop product strategies with alignment with Global electronic team. Source and secure products to achieve LGS ESG growth agenda.
- Monitors sales and margin performance at the country level on a monthly basis. Identifies deviations and delivers mitigation plans to improve product/portfolio performance. Identifies product opportunities by customers & ensure optimization of product portfolio
- Competitor Monitoring - Understand local & regional competitor strengths and weaknesses (share, cost positions etc.) and expected/typical behavior.
- Capability Development - Align demands against supplier/LGS warehouse/intercompany capacity and predict shortages/surplus situation, initiate and lead investment case prior to shortfall.
- Product Stewardship - Lead coordinator of CPR process and ensure full sign off in LIDAP by regional team. Coordinate with each stakeholder to ensure all queries are properly documented.
- Technical Competency - Improve technical competencies by supporting ESG training for Sales representatives. Provides relevant commercial and technical competency development.
- Product cost management - Lead negotiation against inter-companies and suppliers to achieve maximum profitability for LGS.
- Coordinate between supplier, intercompany, procurement and supply Chain to conclude and sign off final product profit analysis so that sales can offer to customers.
- Package strategy - Develop package strategies (Rent vs buy), develop business case and obtain best profitable outcome for Sales team.
- Asset management - Lead and execute asset maintenance program.
- Projects - Manage special ESG projects effectively to ensure maximum return for LGS.
Required Qualifications/Experience :
- Typically 5+ years experience in Sales, Marketing/Product Management and/or Business Planning
- Minimum 5-10 years experiences working in the ESG/Semiconductor industry
- Related experience and knowledge of Electronic specialty gases or chemicals.
- Awareness of Global product suppliers and their capabilities.
- Qualified degree preferably with a Chemical and/or engineering background
- Marketing Degree or equivalent experience.
