Electronic Service Engineer

Installation, commissioning and provide user training.

. Attend service calls and provide on-site technical support.

. Maintain coordination with customers regarding technical matters and developments.

. Prepare detailed technical service reports for every job performed.

. Travel overseas for job assignment or training.

. To provide technical service and maintenance work for projects as well as existing customers

Any ad hoc duties assigned by Superior.

. Carry out basic troubleshooting, minor repair on customer equipment.

. To install, service, support, upgrade and maintain equipment.

. Understand system parameters and interactions to allow process development and electro-mechanical troubleshooting on the equipment.

. To perform a variety of moderate to complex assignments, diagnose equipment problems and make repairs and adjustments.

. To support the team in meeting customers expectations and company's expectations.

. To write technical reports and handle specific jigs during service jobs.

Requirements :

• Professional Certificate, Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, or relevant discipline.
• Preferably with technical/hands-on experience.
• Good command in English plus other lanuage - to liaise with multilingual associates.
• Flexible, responsive, and able to work long and irregular hours if required.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team-based environment.
• Possess a high level of integrity, a self-motivated personality and a willing to learn attitude.
• Willing to travel overseas india and other branch of the company
