Electrician

Responsibilities:

. Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.

. Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement timely corrective actions.

. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical installations.

. Install wiring, conduits, circuit breakers, panels, and other electrical components.

. Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.

. Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and local regulations.

. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and electrical emergencies.

. Test electrical systems using appropriate tools (e.g., multimeters, insulation testers).

. Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and documentation.

. Collaborate with other maintenance technicians, engineers, and production teams to improve equipment reliability.

. Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and electrical system improvements.

. Ensure proper housekeeping of work areas and safe handling of tools and materials.

Requirements

. NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

. At least 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
