Electricial Technical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical installation for on-site installation and online calls.

• Provide on-site service and support to customers not limited to local customers. For instance, problem verification, solution, and checking defective items to investigate and repair.

• Set up, configure, and commission our products for customers.

• Handles technical inquiries and requests for quotations on technical services.

• Produce relevant reports for all work relating to on-site problems such as root cause analysis, service report, commissioning report, etc.

• Handle customer service calls on defective products and preventive maintenance.

• Support the sales team in providing technical solutions to meet customers needs.

• In addition to these duties/responsibilities, employees are required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related fields

• Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in M&E, control & automation industry.

• Mature, self-disciplined and results-driven.

• Clear presentation ability with excellent communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations.

• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English, as the role requires regular communication and coordination with China-based suppliers and manufacturers.
