About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Ceiling Fan & Lighting Technician to support installation, servicing, and maintenance of ceiling fans, lighting systems, and related electrical products. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in electrical work and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, and maintain ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, and electrical systems
- Perform troubleshooting and repair works for faulty fans, lights, and wiring
- Ensure all installations comply with Singapore electrical safety standards
- Conduct on-site assessments and recommend suitable solutions to customers
- Handle wiring, connections, and electrical configurations safely and efficiently
- Support product testing, demonstration, and technical setup when required
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for project execution
- Maintain tools, equipment, and proper documentation of service work
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in electrical, fan, or lighting installation
- NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electrical or related field, or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
- Hands-on experience with ceiling fans and lighting products preferred
- Possess relevant certifications (e.g., electrical license or NTC in Electrical Engineering is an advantage)
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights (ladder work)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Experience working with residential will be advantageous
