Job purpose:
You will be responsible to perform journey-level work in the installation, testing and troubleshooting of panel solutions used in the building automation, process industry and railway industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to identify, install, and troubleshoot of electrical wiring, component, and instrumentation.
- Read electrical drawings and manual to determine work procedures and trouble shooting.
- Planning out the correct layout and installation related to all electrical wirings, fixtures and equipment which is compliant to local codes/guidelines.
- Proper use of tools and equipment such as measuring devices, testing equipment and power tools.
- Ensure to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies and parts.
- Ensures quality of work within the set time frame and abide by safety regulations.
- Effectively assist and supervise the regulation and administration of duties and responsibilities related to junior technicians.
- Conduct routine 5S at workshop and work area at site.
REQUIREMENT:
- ITE/NiTech/ Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical installation and panel wiring work.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in installing and troubleshooting panel solutions.
- A team player and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management and stress management skills.
- Resourceful, self-motivated and result oriented.
- Ensure given tasks complete within the given timeline.
- Basic Knowledge in Mechanical or Pneumatic system.
