Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities and projects, ensuring all assigned work is completed according to requirements, project plans, and specifications.
Supervise and monitor the performance of workers and subcontractors on site to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Control the use of materials on site to prevent unnecessary wastage and ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
Implement and enforce quality control procedures and ensure all work activities comply with regulations.
Develop and enforce safety policies, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure accordance to safety procedures to minimize risks.
Ensure that work activities are performed according to operational control procedures to prevent risks and ensure safe and effective operations.
Maintain good housekeeping throughout the worksite.
Attend site inspections, address any issues that arise, and ensure that all necessary clearances are obtained for continued work.
Attend and actively participate in safety meetings and Integrated Management System (IMS) activities to promote continuous improvement and safety awareness.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, resource usage, and any incidents.
Requirements:
Electrical / M&E qualification (NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma)
Around 3-5 years site experience (minimum)
Able to read electrical drawings
Basic knowledge of building electrical systems
Safety certificates like CSOC / BCSS (common in SG)
