Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation works at project sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution in accordance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site
- Lead and guide electricians and workers in daily activities
- Ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications
- Monitor site progress and report to Project Engineer / Manager
- Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations (WSH standards)
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and main contractors
- Maintain site documentation and work progress records
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in electrical works (M&E / construction / industrial projects)
- Experience in supervising site teams preferred
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, panels, and installations
- Familiar with Singapore safety regulations (WSH)
- Good leadership and communication skills
- CSOC / safety certifications added advantage
