Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision
* Supervise daily electrical installation works on site.
* Coordinate site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades.
* Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
* Monitor manpower deployment and productivity.
Technical Duties
* Design construction drawings and identify discrepancies.
* Prepare site work plans and method statements.
* Conduct site measurements and inspections.
* Assist in testing, commissioning, and system troubleshooting.
Quality Control
* Ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
* Conduct inspections and prepare quality records.
* Monitor corrective actions for non-conformance issues.
* Ensure materials used meet project specifications.
Safety Management
* Enforce workplace safety and health requirements.
* Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
* Report safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with site safety procedures.
Documentation & Reporting
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
* Maintain site records, inspection reports, and as-built documentation.
* Coordinate material deliveries and inventory tracking.
* Support submission of shop drawings and technical documents.
Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
* 2–5 years of experience in electrical construction projects.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
* Knowledge of electrical installation practices and testing procedures.
* Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, data centres, or infrastructure projects.
* Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations.
* Possession of Workplace Safety certifications is an advantage.
