Job Description & Requirements
- Assist M&E/ Design Consultants in reviewing the design intend and identify system discrepancies or improve system performance if necessary.
- Carry out value engineering to the system whenever necessary without compromising the system performance and compliance to the local authorities requirements / Local Code of Practices.
- Perform Equipment selection in accordance to the engineering calculation done and approved by M&E Consultants.
- Perform sizing and selection of the Electrical system material in accordance to the engineering calculation done and approved by M&E Consultants.
- Liaise with the equipment suppliers and material suppliers to ensure selection of the equipment are relevant and compliance to the technical specification/requirements.
- Prepare technical submission to M&E Consultants for approval and follow up on the comment (if any) related to the submission.
- Work closely with the associate team members to see that overall Electrical system design development are meeting the design intend of M&E Consultants.
- Take charge in the overall planning and execution of Electrical system Testing & Commissioning.
