We are now looking for an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Project/Tender Preparation & Quotation
- Prepare Accurate Estimates for Construction Bids
- Handle Electrical Single Line Drawing and Layouts, Load Calculation Submission
- Follow up Projects on Hand
- Coordinate Project Matters & Schedule
- On Site Quantity Audit
- Assist in Supervising of Work Sites, Liaise with Clients, Contractors, and Suppliers
- Preparation and Submission of Progress Claims
- Occasional ad hoc duties that may be assigned to you
Requirements:
- Have relevant electrical engineering qualifications (Minimum ITE Certificate, and above)
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in M&E construction industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines
- Proactive and Self-driven
