. Prepare quantity take-off from drawings,specifications, 3D models, and site measurements.
. Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities, costestimates, tender documents, and quotation comparisons.
. Prepare, update, and coordinate 3D drawings orBIM models based on project requirements.
. Review architectural, structural, MEP, andelectrical drawings to identify quantity and coordination requirements.
. Support clash checking and coordination withproject teams using 3D/BIM software where required.
. Verify subcontractor claims, supplierquotations, invoices, and material delivery records.
. Monitor project costs, material usage, and workprogress against approved budgets and quantities.
. Assist in preparing as-built drawings, shopdrawings, coordination drawings, and related documentation.
. Maintain proper records of measurement sheets,drawing revisions, cost reports, variation registers, and projectcorrespondence.
. Attend site inspections and meetings as required to verify quantities, progress, and drawing updates.
. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying,Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a relatedfield.
. Relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, drafting, or BIM/3D modelling in construction projects.
. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, tender documents, and technical details.
. Knowledge of quantity take-off, measurement methods, costing, progress claims, variation orders, and final account preparation.
. Proficiency in drafting or modelling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, or equivalent software.
. Good understanding of construction materials,site practices, and project documentation procedures.
. Strong attention to detail with good numerical,analytical, and measurement skills.
. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meetdeadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
. Knowledge of BIM processes, 5D quantityextraction, or MEP/electrical works will be an added advantage.
