ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project completion within the given timeframe.
• Resolve site issues in collaboration with supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate site works, workflows, and inspections with EPC contractors, including attending site coordination meetings.
• Plan, implement, and monitor weekly work activities in alignment with the project's master schedule.
• Monitor work progress, productivity, quality, and material usage to meet project timelines and standards.
• Enforce compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations on-site.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material bills of quantities (BOQ) for the project.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Power Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical & instrumentation contracting, project management, and tendering.
• Strong technical knowledge of BMS, ELV, HT & LT cabling, testing & commissioning.
• Familiarity with Singapore regulations, codes of practice, and workplace safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• PMP certification or ISO-related training will be advantageous.
