Job Summary
Manage construction projects by scheduling, controlling costs, coordinating teams, liaising with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and supporting quality management to ensure effective project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction activities
- Manage project costs by tracking expenditures and implementing cost control measures
- Lead and coordinate supervisors, foremen, workers, and sub-contractors to align efforts and meet project goals
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and main contractors to resolve site issues and facilitate effective site meetings
- Monitor construction progress regularly and provide actionable recommendations to improve project management outcomes
- Participate actively in implementing and maintaining the company's quality management system to uphold standards
