Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical circuits, assemblies, and subsystems for manufacturing equipment.
- Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Support prototype builds, product qualification, and transition to manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot electrical and system-level issues during development and production.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Mechanical, Software, Systems, Manufacturing, and Supplier teams.
- Support cost reduction, quality improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Experience (Semiconductor Equipment Industry)
- Electrical subsystem design for automated manufacturing or semiconductor equipment.
- Design reviews, FMEA, design validation, and qualification testing.
- Product lifecycle management from concept through manufacturing release.
- Experience working with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in electrical design, manufacturing engineering, or product development.
