Job Position: Electrical Manager
Working Location : Central
Working Hours : 5.5 Days Work Week
Timing: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm) & Half-Day Saturdays (8.30am to 12.30pm)
Remuneration Package :
- Basic up to S$ 10,000

Job Description :
- Lead a team of supervisors, workers, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure project tasks are completed within the allocated timeframe.
- Address and resolve on-site issues in collaboration with supervisors, sub-contractors, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate site activities, workflows, and inspections with representatives from the main contractor, including participation in coordination meetings.
- Plan, implement, and monitor weekly work activities with the supervision team in alignment with the overall project schedule.
- Enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations across all site personnel, including workers and sub-contractors.
- Prepare shop drawings, As-Built drawings, and Bills of Quantities required for project execution.
- Review and develop electrical engineering aspects such as single-line diagrams, equipment selection, commissioning, and project handover.
- Possess understanding of SCADA systems for monitoring, replacement, migration, and troubleshooting of M&E equipment.
- Organize and lead interface review meetings with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Identify critical areas and anticipate potential conflicts related to interface coordination and project budget constraints.
- Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with specialist contractors to develop and implement control logic systems.
Job Requirements :
- Registered Professional Engineer (Electrical) with the Professional Engineers Board.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of mechanical or MEP systems.
- Well-versed in electrical and mechanical systems typically used in high-demand technical environments, including feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS/STS units, PDU/PMM units, chillers, air handling units, and CRAC units.
- Capable of working independently and effectively under pressure to maintain strong site progress.
- Demonstrates sound knowledge of workplace safety practices and maintains a positive safety mindset.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Self-driven with strong organizational abilities and capable of liaising effectively with regulatory authorities.
- Familiar with requirements and procedures for public infrastructure or community-focused development projects.
