Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and follow up on daily maintenance activities with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution. Record daily outcomes and prepare schedules for upcoming work.
- Investigate and resolve faults or failures in electrical and instrumentation systems, supporting both corrective and preventive actions to ensure reliable operation.
- Liaise with in-house and external contractors for day-to-day services and major shutdown maintenance activities, including work planning, site coordination, and communication with production teams.
- Assist in developing and enhancing long-term maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and prevent recurrence of issues, in collaboration with production and contractors.
- Monitor maintenance spare parts inventory, including receiving and issuing updates, and assist with purchase requests for tools, spare parts, and maintenance services.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation such as calibration records, maintenance files, work orders, and compliance with ISO standards and internal SOPs.
- Uphold Company's EHS policies, support safety and environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001), act responsibly for workplace safety, and contribute to minimizing Major Accident Hazards (MAHs) to ALARP levels.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation engineering or the equivalent.
- Min 5 years hands on experience in E&I senior technician/supervisor in a chemical plant.
- Must have knowledge and hand-on experience with DCS and PLC system.
- Basic understanding of maintenance technology, equipment, instruments, electrical and manufacturing process.
- Good team player and communication skills
