Attend vessels for surveys, inspections, installation support, commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical, automation, instrumentation systems, shipboard control, monitoring and alarm systems, including PLCbased systems.
Coordinate effectively with other disciplines (mechanical, piping, shipyard teams) with interface awareness.
Support project execution through proper documentation, reporting and communication with managers, superintendents and vessel crew.
Support class and survey activities with societies such as DNV, ABS, LR, CCS, BV or Class NK.
Familiarity with marine electrical standards and technical codes applicable to electrification, battery systems and shore power integration.
Demonstrates strong safety leadership, especially when working with live electrical systems, batteries, HV equipment and confined shipboard environments.
Willing and able to travel overseas for vessel attendance, commissioning and surveys.
