Electrical Hardware Design Engineer

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Develop electrical engineering design for semiconductor backend machines.

. Create electrical drawings, bill of materials, and other design documents, and maintain design history.

. Collaborate and interface with other functional teams (mechanical design, process, software, manufacturing, and purchasing, etc.) to achieve project goals.

. Participate in new product development and support existing products for continuous improvements.

. Support new product transfer from R&D to product teams.

. Conduct testing and analysis using engineering instruments.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering or relevant qualifications.
• Diploma holders or fresh graduates with good aptitude will be considered.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn new technology and skills.
• Familiar with any electrical CAD software package.
• Good team player who can work well within a multidisciplinary team.
• Hands-on experience in electrical system or subsystem design will be a plus.
• Knowledge in motion control systems will be a plus.
