Ensure that all electrical work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies, and stay updated on any changes in relevant regulations.
Develop daily work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that workers tools and equipment are in good working condition.
Inspect electrical installations and work-in-progress to ensure high standards of workmanship and accordance to plans.
Oversee the use of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring that they are used effectively and that any shortages or issues are addressed promptly.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and minimize accidents or injuries on the job site.
Provide guidance, training, and support to co-workers.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site, including technical problems or disputes among team members.
Ensure that the worksite is kept clean and organized, with proper storage of tools and materials.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur. Prepare and submit reports as required by the project or company management.
