ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

. Lead the design and oversee the development of electrical systems for industrial and commercial projects to ensure functional and efficient solutions

. Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and technical evaluations to validate design concepts and optimize system performance

. Ensure all electrical designs comply with relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations to maintain project integrity and safety

. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers to enhance team capabilities and project quality

. Collaborate effectively with mechanical, civil, and software teams to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary engineering solutions

.Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation to ensure successful project delivery within scope and resources

Preferred competencies and qualifications

.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or) Relevant Degree/Diploma

.10+ years of experience in electrical design and project management

.Proficiency in CAD tools and electrical simulation software

.Strong knowledge of power distribution, control systems, and renewable energy integration

. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills demonstrated through project leadership and cross-team collaboration
