Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Carry out Feasibility, Conceptual, Preliminary and Detailed Design for Electrical Services for public and commercial projects
• Carry out consultations with local Authorities and Agencies
• Prepare tender specifications and review tender drawings
• Perform contract administration work.
• Manage projects progress, identify any non-confirmation of contractor's work at site
• Manage testing and commissioning of M&E systems
• Attend/Chair technical and progress meetings with clients, consultants and contractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in carrying out designs of Electrical services, project management and supervision.
• Conversant with the Codes of Practice and regulations related to building services is essential
• Team player and ability to work with and manage clients and contractors
