Educational/Skills Qualification
Education
. Bachelor's degree / diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
Experience:
. At least 2-3 years of experience in marine electrical engineering, ideally working on ships, boats or Marine electrical workshops.
. Strong knowledge of electrical design, troubleshooting, and maintenance for marine vessels.
Skills:
. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
. Excellent understanding of electrical components, systems, and controls specific to marine environments.
. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
. Ability to work under pressure and in diverse working environments (at sea, onshore).
. Good organizational and project management skills.

Certifications:
. STCW certification (Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping for Seafarers).
