Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Produce electrical designs that comply with specification, quality and safety standards.
  • Ability to select appropriate electrical components and cables with due consideration given to size layout and cost
  • Produce and revise electrical documentation and drawings
  • Provide technical support to the Operations team during assembly and testing
  • Conduct troubleshooting and drive closure on equipment electrical related matters
  • Comply with Change Notice procedures concerning electrical parts replacement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineer
  • More than 5 years of equipment electrical design experience
  • Knowledge of stringent grounding requirements used in industrial control systems
  • Electrical drafting knowledge using 2D CAD system
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in spoken English
  • Able to travel overseas for field support when required
  • Must be prepared to work overtime when necessary
