Assist the Project / Site manager in project activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme
Manage to meeting on jobsite
Ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards is maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
Enforcement on authorities regulations and requirements.
Co-ordinate, Program and monitor site work, material and workforce.
Resolve material and manpower issue as highlighted by subordinated.
Plan, Lead and motivate workforce including supervision within the project
Ensure procedures, standards and guidelines are followed, maintained and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Able to produce working and As-Built drawing including O&M manual.
Plan and manage materials on site to avoid wastage.
Arrange and mobilize own worker's to avoid delay in site progress.
Track and monitor site work to meet all key milestone, critical date and target completion date.
Follow through on submission with targeted submission and approval dates.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Well-versed in MS Office, ETABS, SAP2000 and AutoCAD
Candidate with Additional and Alteration (A&A) experience in commercial building / shopping mall will be advantageous
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
