Job scope:
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Perform equipment diagnostics, software upgrades, repair activities, and deliver technical training.
- Diagnose, repair, or replace electrical components including wiring harnesses, connectors, circuit boards, relays, fuses, and related peripherals.
- Offer technical assistance and in-depth guidance to customer maintenance teams, with a strong emphasis on electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Deliver specialized training to customer staff on new electrical components, system operations, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Compile thorough technical service reports detailing service work performed, fault codes identified, diagnostic processes, and root cause findings to ensure accurate records for warranty and quality teams.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure all required diagnostic equipment and specialized electrical testing tools are available for each assignment.
- Track job progress and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
