Electrical Engineer (Manufacturing)

Primary Roles:

• Support production by resolving machine electrical and technical issues.
• Ensure engineering changes are properly implemented.
• Propose and implement engineering improvements to enhance process efficiency, while embedding a Quality First approach in all practices.

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare and update process check sheets and manuals
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance as needed
• Provide technical guidance and mentor Technicians
• Conduct and prepare root analysis and part defect report
• Work with Internal parties and vendor to prevent recurrence
• Liaise with R&D department for engineering change request
• Pre-inspection/inspection on MTC's Quality Issues
• Prepare electrical inspection test sheet for test and measurement
• Evaluate and implement corrective measure on test result
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
• To carry out or perform tasks / activities, prepare and submit necessary reports to Superior from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
