Electrical Engineer (Major Healthcare Infrastructure Build)

Role Overview

We are recruiting site-focused Electrical Engineers to join the project team for a major ongoing healthcare expansion project in Singapore. This role offers high site exposure, complex power/LV distribution coordination, and an above-market compensation package tailored for project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day electrical site installation works, including high/low voltage systems, power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.

• Ensure all site works strictly comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and Singapore construction standards.

• Conduct joint site inspections with Resident Technical Officers (RTO), Consultants, and Main Contractor representatives.

• Monitor sub-contractor site progress, quality control (QA/QC), and track variation orders (VOs).

• Assist in site T&C activities, system testing, and defect resolution for handover.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

• Proven track record in building construction site execution (healthcare, institutional, or commercial building exposure is a plus).

• Strong site presence and problem-solving skills in high-intensity construction setups.

• Comfortable with a 6-day work week site schedule (comes with an enhanced salary package).
