Electrical Engineer (Retrofitting / A&A Works)
Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate electrical works for major retrofitting and A&A projects within an operational ICA building.
- Review electrical drawings, technical submissions and method statements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other trades to ensure smooth site execution.
- Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of electrical and ELV systems.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore codes, safety regulations and project requirements.
- Attend site meetings, inspections and support project handover documentation.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 35 years relevant experience, preferably in retrofitting or A&A projects.
- Experience working in live / operational buildings preferred.
- Knowledge of Singapore electrical standards and WSH requirements.
- Able to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Relevant certification (e.g. LEW) is an advantage.
