Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works to ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and workplace safety requirements.
- Coordinate and liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Review project schedules, monitor work progress, and ensure milestones are achieved within the planned timeline.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover of electrical systems.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical, design, and site coordination issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, inspection records, method statements, and as-built documentation.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
- Assist the Project Manager in project planning, resource coordination, and overall project delivery.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Singapore's Facilities Management and construction experience.
- Familiar with electrical systems, testing, and commissioning.
- Min LEW license grade 8
- Good communication and coordination skills.
