Your Role
As part of the Maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of electrical systems within the plant, while supporting overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient plant operations
- Plan, coordinate, and execute major maintenance works, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities without operational disruption
- Perform electrical studies, system enhancements, and plant modifications based on technical and business requirements
- Organise and conduct technical training to enhance the competency of staff and contractors
- Drive compliance and implementation of management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS651 standards
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant hands on electrical troubleshooting and maintenance experience in plant maintenance or industrial environments
- Basic knowledge of PLC and HMI systems will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work across teams and with external contractors
- A collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
