Job Description

Job Responsibilities

As part of the Facilities & Operations team for our group of Companies, you will be responsible for:

Electrical Maintenance & Repairs

  • Conduct routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs of electrical systems and equipment.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot lighting systems, decorative lighting, LED panels, and emergency lighting.

  • Maintain sound system power supply, AV-related electrical connections, and stage lighting infrastructure.

  • Inspect and maintain distribution boards, circuit breakers, switches, and wiring systems.

  • Perform minor installation works for new electrical fittings and equipment.

Systems Monitoring

  • Monitor and maintain power distribution systems and ensure stable electrical supply during club operations.

  • Conduct regular checks on generator systems and emergency backup power systems.

  • Ensure all systems comply with Singapore electrical safety standards and regulations.

Operational Support

  • Provide on-site technical support during club operating hours.

  • Respond promptly to electrical faults and breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.

  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repair works.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and inventory of electrical spare parts.

Workplace Safety

  • Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.

  • Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective measures.

  • Ensure proper housekeeping of electrical rooms and work areas.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Engineering from a recognized University.

  • Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance.

  • Experience in commercial buildings, hospitality, entertainment venues, or clubs is preferred.

  • Good knowledge of electrical wiring systems, control panels, and troubleshooting techniques.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

  • Physically fit and able to perform shift-based duties.

  • Responsible, independent, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Working Hours

  • Must be prepared to work on Night Shift or Late Shifts. Need to report to work when any breakdown in electrical, lighting or any audio visual equipment

  • 6 days per week (including weekends and public holidays, based on roster)

  • Typical working hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (subject to operational requirements)

    Candidate required to own a vehicle and driving license will be an advantage
