Develop Outage QC checklist and hold points to ensure critical stages of the outage are monitored.
Prepare and revise engineering documents, drawings, risk assessments, method statements, safe work procedures, operations and maintenance manuals for all necessary works.
Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors for the erection, testing and commissioning of installation of equipment to the required specification and quality.
Liaise with consultants, owners and relevant authorities on their engineering request.
Plan and schedule work activities at sites in accordance to master program and ensure work is conducted in a timely and safe manner.Researches and evaluates electrical systems, products, and applications.
Designs and conducts tests to confirm system and component capabilities.
Studies manufacturing and assembly methods to improve product development.
Designs and modifies equipment for electrical component construction.
Performs electrical testing on finished products and systems.
Responds to engineering-related questions and requests.
Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations.
Maintains equipment functionality and coordinates repairs when needed.
Manages product data entry and database maintenance.
Provides training and guidance to technicians.
