Job Scope
- Design and develop machines control systems, with motion controller, robot, PLCs, HMIs, and servo drives.
- Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
- Program and configure control systems to meet specific project requirements.
- Source and select control components based on project specifications.
- Execute control system setup, including IO system configuration, servo and step drive setup, and axis tuning. Ensure the proper functioning and integration of control components.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of control systems.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to integrate control systems into larger machinery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to manufacturing and maintenance teams.
- Participate in project planning, including cost estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve control system designs.
Requirement
- Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering or related disciplines
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experiences in designing and implementing control systems for electrical machines
- Proficiency in programming PLCs, HMIs, and motor drives
