Job Description

Salary Range

$3500-$5000

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and develop Electrical BIM models and drawings for residential projects.
Produce coordinated Electrical layouts, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
Perform BIM coordination with Architectural, Structural, and other M&E services.
Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues.
Update BIM models according to project/site changes and consultant comments.
Coordinate closely with Project Engineers, site teams, consultants, and other subcontractors.
Ensure drawings and BIM models comply with project requirements and submission standards.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, BIM, or related discipline.
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
Good understanding of Electrical systems and M&E coordination.
Must have hands-on Electrical BIM Modeller experience in Singapore HDB or Condominium residential projects.
Candidates without HDB or Condo Electrical BIM experience will not be considered.
