Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Water Treatment industry. They are looking for a Electrical and Instrument Engineer assist their Engineering team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in South - easily accessible.
Job Responsibilities of Electrical and Instrument Engineer:
- Design and develop control systems (PLC, SCADA, process control) in accordance with project requirements.
- Review project specifications and ensure designs meet customer and internal standards.
- Prepare material requisitions and evaluate technical bids for PLC panels, junction boxes, and cabling.
- Produce and approve engineering documents, including PLC drawings, wiring diagrams, I/O lists, alarm lists, cable schedules, HMI graphics, and control architecture.
- Coordinate daily engineering tasks and work closely with panel makers to meet project timelines.
- Develop engineering standards and procedures for design and fabrication.
- Prepare FAT procedures and conduct PLC FAT with vendors, clients, and end-users.
- Provide training on system operation and maintenance support the creation of O&M manuals.
- Assist with site start-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Provide technical support to Sales, Proposals, Engineering, and Project Management teams.
- Comply with all company safety procedures and perform other engineering-related duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline
- 5 years E&I experience in water treatment / petrochemical industry
- Comfortable with overseas travelling
