You are:

  • An energetic individual, a self-starter with high levels of motivation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong in building customer relationship, service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

What you do:

  • A brand ambassador to promote and educate BYD Electric Vehicles.
  • Deliver a first-rate customer experience by effectively demonstrating BYD electric vehicles unique features and benefits.
  • Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
  • Establish strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Address any inquiries or concerns raised by customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide comprehensive before and after-sales service to customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the purchasing process and beyond.
  • Ensuring all customer interactions embody our commitment to quality and innovation.
  • Handle all showroom activities, including maintaining a clean and organized environment to showcase vehicle models effectively.
  • Facilitate the completion of sales and purchase paperwork, ensuring all documentation is accurate and processed efficiently.
  • Stay updated with the latest BYD product developments and the evolving dining offerings at 1826.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotions, and provide feedback on customer trends and demands.
