We are an authorized agent/distributor of several reputable product brands, actively serving the local Oil & Gas refineries, marine, petrochemical, power plants and general industries. Exion Asia is also a leader in repair for valves, rotating equipment and instruments.

We have expertise to provide workshop servicing, on-site commissioning and troubleshooting across Asia together with our subsidiaries and associate companies in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and China.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support in product sales.
• Explain the technical and functional aspects of products to the sales team and customers.
• Provide after-sales services, including servicing and repairs, for products such as flow meters, moisture analyzers, level transmitters, and field instruments.
• Conduct site evaluations, factory testing, and site commissioning.
• Provide technical and troubleshooting support for both in-house and on-site assignments.
• Provide post-sales technical support to Sales Channels, addressing and resolving product-related technical queries.
• Liaise with clients to ensure all projects meet required quality and safety standards in accordance with vendor requirement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-5 years of experience in mechanical services.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
