As Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) senior engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation of Fab10's EHS programs at the construction site. You will conduct/coordinate periodic EHS audits and surveys to identify level of implementation and efficiency of Contractor EHS management system, identify potential gaps or improvement opportunities and recommend measures and improvement plan to management. You will also be liaising with internal and external organizations on EHS compliance issues.

Ensure Micron's safety programs and procedures are effective, efficient, and conform to the Management System and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate safety records, permits, inspections, and compliance documentation
Prepare safety reports for management and regulatory authorities
Track and analyze safety performance metrics and trends
Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance and compliance
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety systems
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and supervisors to integrate safety into construction activities
Promote a strong safety culture and proactive reporting of hazards and near misses
Provide technical safety guidance to site teams and contractors
Support internal and external audits
Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related filed e.g. Engineering
Safety and Health Certifications eg. Certified Safety Professional, WSH Safety Officer Certification, ISO auditor training and certification
Experience with Construction Requirement
Ability to read and develop understanding and interpretation of safety regulations
Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration Department
Minimum 3 years + of experience in related field
Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
Excellent hazard identification and risk assessment skills
Ability to influence and engage site personnel at all levels
Strong communication, presentation, and reportwriting skills
Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities
Proficient in MS Office and safety management systems
Develops, implements and monitors company safety programs and policies. Ensures compliance with government health and safety regulations. Conducts site inspection and work with contractors to implement Micron and Local requirement on Construction site. Promote a Positive Safety Culture Behavior Mindset and provide technical safety expertise to site team and contractors
