EHS / Safety Coordinator | Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and administration of EHSS policies, programmes, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, corporate standards, and internal EHS procedures.
• Assist in risk assessments, safety inspections, incident investigations, and emergency preparedness activities.
• Maintain EHS records, permits, statutory reports, and related documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspection, and calibration of safety and fire protection systems.
• Organise EHS training and awareness programmes for employees.
• Support environmental monitoring, including waste management, pest control, and sustainability data collection.
• Assist in internal/external EHS audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Perform other duties assigned by the EHS Manager.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Technical Diploma in EHS, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant EHS experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or chemical industry will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and environmental compliance requirements is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently or in a team.
