EHS Manager

. Location: Kallang Avenue

. Salary: $6500 to $8000

. Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm

Job Requirements

. Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.

. Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower is preferred.

. Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.

. Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.

. Able to manage multiple project sites located at various remote locations.

. Experience in ISO Integrated Management System.

Roles & Responsibilities

. Develop, implement, and maintain the company's EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.

. Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.

. Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.

. Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

. Organise safety trainings, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, and awareness programmes.

. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters.

. Monitor safety performance, prepare reports, and maintain proper safety documentation.

. Advise project teams and management on risk control measures and safe work practices.

. Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all worksites
