Responsibilities
- Enforce safety standards in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and company policies.
- Conduct safety training, site inspections, and audits to ensure staff and subcontractors adhere to regulations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory WSH and environmental requirements across all project sites.
- Advise project and senior management on EHS matters, including risks, trends, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit safety reports, and support audits, certifications, and safety programmes.
- Lead and manage WSH coordinators and supervisors, ensuring EHS systems align with corporate objectives.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of WSH experience with a main contractor.
- Registered WSH Officer with MOM.
